We’re Cody and Nicole, partners in life and in business. We started KC Event Audio Rental because we saw how often people rent equipment and then get left to figure it out on their own. Cody oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from preparation through completion. With a background in managing assets for ultra-high-net-worth clients, he brings extreme organization and reliability to each project. He also ensures the business uses only top-of-the-line equipment, giving clients confidence that every detail is handled so they can simply enjoy their event.

Business Manager

Nicole is our Business manager. Her day-to-day includes dealing with contracts, invoices, and finances. She has a very strong background in evaluating numbers, and spotting potential issues before they arise, bringing a strategic, analytical mindset to everything she does. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency ensure every event is supported by a reliable and organized foundation, making her an essential part of every successful client experience.
