KC Event Audio was built around a simple idea: renting professional audio and lighting should not leave you guessing.

Too often, people rent equipment and are left to figure out the setup, connections, sound levels, and troubleshooting on their own. That is not how we do things. Our team provides high-quality gear, professional setup, and clear guidance so you feel confident before the first guest walks in.

We use JBL speakers and SHURE mics because they deliver clear, powerful, and reliable sound across a wide range of events. From weddings and private parties to corporate events and live performances, our equipment is selected to create a polished experience from start to finish.

Cody oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from preparation through completion. With a background in managing assets for ultra-high-net-worth clients, he brings extreme organization and reliability to each project. He also ensures the business uses only top-of-the-line equipment, giving clients confidence that every detail is handled so they can simply enjoy their event.

Nicole is our Business manager. Her day-to-day includes dealing with contracts, invoices, and finances. She has a very strong background in evaluating numbers, and spotting potential issues before they arise, bringing a strategic, analytical mindset to everything she does. Her attention to detail and commitment to efficiency ensure every event is supported by a reliable and organized foundation, making her an essential part of every successful client experience.
