By booking equipment or services with us, you agree to the following Delivery & Pickup Policy.
Delivery Service
Delivery service may be available within approved service areas based on scheduling, staffing, and equipment availability.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring clear and safe access to the venue or delivery location

Having an authorized representative present at delivery if required

Providing adequate power access and setup space

Securing all rented equipment during the rental period

Stairs or difficult access

Multiple delivery attempts

Excessive wait times
Pickup Service
Pickup service will occur at the scheduled time agreed upon during booking.
Customers must ensure:

Equipment is accessible and ready for pickup

All included accessories, cables, stands, and components are accounted for

Equipment is reasonably clean and protected from weather exposure
Additional charges may apply for missing items, excessive cleaning, delays, or disassembly beyond the agreed scope of service.
Customer Pickup Rentals
Customers choosing local pickup are responsible for:

Inspecting equipment upon pickup

Returning all equipment in the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear
Customers may be required to provide:

Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional rental charges, including full-day rental extensions if equipment is not returned on time.
Failure to return equipment may result in replacement charges, collections activity, or legal action where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for maintaining rented equipment in safe and proper condition during the rental period.

Weather & Outdoor Events
Customers are responsible for protecting rented equipment from:

Equipment damaged by weather exposure may result in repair or replacement charges.
Service Limitations
KC Event Audio Rental reserves the right to refuse or discontinue delivery, setup, or service if conditions are determined to be unsafe for staff, equipment, or attendees.
