KC Event Audio was nothing short of incredible for our office's Christmas Party at Longview Mansion. They came out and walked me through the equipment before my event, and again the day of the event when they set everything up. Very personable and making sure that I understood how to work the equipment and that they were just a phone call or facetime away if I were to have any questions.

I can't say enough good things about KC Event Audio. First, I called with what I would consider very short notice and they were able to accommodate my needs. Then the night before the event, I asked for some additional equipment and they did not miss a beat (excuse the pun). Their equipment is top notch, well organized and easy to use with the instructions they provide. They were easy to contact and I have never been treated in a more courteous and accommodating manner. In my mind, the go to in KC for audio equipment and I guarantee I will use them again. Super job guys and thanks again.

Cody and Nicole at KC Event Audio Rental helped us with the sound for a celebration of life for my brother-in-law. They were incredibly supportive and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our event was special and the sound portion was stress-free.
